With multiple decades of experience as a evaluator. Plus, 10 years in HSE and operations positions in the oil and gas industry. I am uniquley skilled and suited to provide compliant and relevant services. I'm licensed at both the state and national level in the field of substance abuse and qualified per the DOT as an SAP. I hold a degree from Western New Mexico University.

What You Can Expect
SAP Evaluations
SAP evaluations are required by many employers when a regulated or non-regulated employee has violated workplace drug and/or alcohol policy or regulations. The SAP process is a logical process that involves an initial individual substance abuse evaluation. Followed by a recommendation of appropriate services. The employee would then comply with the SAP recommended services. After concluding their time in recommended services the employee would then schedule a follow-up evaluation with the same SAP that makes the initial recommendation. If the SAP deems the employee appropriate at the time of the follow-up evaluation, The employee may be recommended for return to duty testing at that time. The SAP will work directly with employers to ensure return to duty and follow-up testing requirements are provided.
